Refund policy

When shopping at studie soma you automatically accept the following terms. We recommend reading the policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. We do not ship during weekends or holidays. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout. If a package is not collected and is returned to us, the customer will be charged for the return shipping costs.

As a vintage-focused shop, all items are pre-loved and may show minor signs of wear consistent with age. Please review product descriptions and photographs carefully before purchasing. For orders placed online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Danish consumer law. If you regret your purchase, you must notify us by email at info@studiesoma.dk and send the item back within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, without added wear or removed tags. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be sent directly to our return address, as we do not collect parcels from parcel shops. You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing delivery without notifying us.

Once we receive and approve the returned item, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Items purchased in person through physical pop-ups, events, markets or any in-person sale are final and cannot be returned. As we sell vintage items, all physical purchases are non-refundable. Items purchased through social media sales are also non-refundable but may be exchanged for another item or for store credit within 14 days, provided the item is returned in its original condition.

You have a 24-month complaint right under Danish law for items purchased online. This does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, washing, lack of care or general wear and tear. For complaints, please email us at info@studiesoma.dk with photos of the issue and proof of purchase so we can evaluate the case.

You may at any time request information about the personal data we store about you. We do not retain personal data for more than four years, and your information is never sold or shared with third parties.
